Team Camp 1                     Friday, July 15 – Sunday, July 17

Team Camp 2                     Friday, July 22 – Sunday, July 24

Camp Description:  This camp includes 7 sessions.  There are four 2 ½ hour training sessions and three tournament sessions.  The training topics include the following concepts:  out of system offense, team serve receive and offense, team blocking and floor defense, point scoring, and team transition.  The camp is all about “Team”, individual skills will be coached but we will not devote training sessions to individual skill development. Your team will train and compete against almost every team in the camp.

Cost: 

Commuter:  $350  (local teams and teams not using our hotel)

Commuter Tuition Includes:  camp insurance, T-shirt, instruction, dinner on day 1, lunch and dinner on day 2 and lunch on day 3.  All meals are served in our full-service cafeteria.

Resident:  $390  (teams staying in our hotel)

Resident Tuition Includes:  2 nights hotel, camp insurance, T-shirt, and dinner on day 1, breakfast, lunch and dinner on day 2, breakfast and lunch on day 3.  All meals are served in our full-service cafeteria.

Hotel Information:  The Barrymore Hotel:  111 W. Fortune St., Tampa 33602. The Hotel is located across the river from our campus and it is a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute walk to the Martinez Athletic Center. The Barrymore Hotel is rented by the University of Tampa, during the school year, and it houses over 400 students.

Day 2

Team Training- Defense 9:00am – 11:30am
Lunch and Practices 11:30am – 2:00pm
Team Training – Offense 2:00pm – 4:30pm
Dinner and Practices 4:30pm – 6:30pm
Tournament Matches Begin – Pool Play 6:30pm – 9:00pm

Day 3

Breakfast 7:30am – 8:45am
Tournament Round 2 – Pool Play 9:00am-11:30am
Lunch 11:30am – 1:00pm
Tournament Round 3 and Playoffs 1:00pm – 3:30pm
Awards and Check Out 3:30pm
